The capital of the former Grand Duchy of
Baden is also called by many the
"Gate to the Black Forest". Karlsruhe offers
a great variety of opportunities. The lusciously
green city also known as the fan-shaped city is
famous for its magnificent landscapes: Alsace,
the Palatinate forest, the Vosges and, as
mentioned before, the Black Forest all start right here.
